Thule BackPac 973 - for safely transporting up to 4 bikes.
You don't have a towbar on your OPEL VECTRA C Estate and don't want to transport your bikes on the roof? The Thule BackPac 973 allows you to securely mount your bikes on the boot of your OPEL VECTRA C Estate. The adjustable frame holder and the additional locking of the wheels by straps made of plastic on the extendable rails ensure stability. All parts in contact with the vehicle and bikes are coated with rubber for extra protection. The external bicycle frame on the Thule BackPac 973 can be locked and secures the bikes against theft. When not in use, the bike carrier can be simply dismantled, folded together and compactly stored in the vehicle or garage.
The bike carrier has a payload of up to 60 kg and is suitable for transporting 2 bikes. It is also extendable up to 3 bikes using an additional adapter. You can find the optional extension kit under "Matching accessories".
Please also note the condition of your OPEL VECTRA C Estate in the mounting area of the Thule BackPac, since for example, roof spoilers, rear spoilers and trims on the boot can prevent the optimal fit, can damage the surface or exclude the use of the carrier.
