The Westfalia BikeLander classic is a compact, stable and safe bike carrier. The only difference between its ‘big brother’, the Bikelander classic, is in the analogue lighting. The carrier can be easily mounted on virtually any tow bar, and when not in use can be folded together compactly using the quick release catch and stored in the vehicle or garage. With the Westfalia BikeLander classic, you can transport up to 2 bicycles or e-bikes effortlessly. With the tow bar bearing load of at least 85 kg, the 17,3 kg light Westfalia BikeLander classic can transport a weight of up to 60 kg. The wide bracket shape and the flexible frame holder with tensioning belt allow the transport of different frame types. Special rubber inlays optimally secure your bicycle and preserve its appearance. The removable frame holders guarantee the safety of the load and are also suitable for large frame diameters of up to 80 mm. The tyre holders can be optimally adapted to your bicycle tyres.

Thanks to the lever-fastening system, you can mount the Westfalia BikeLander classic on the tow bar easily within seconds and without tools. The fold-down function allows you access to the car boot in most vehicles, even when the bicycles are mounted.

This bike carrier is fitted with a 13-pin plug. Please note that, in some EU countries, a 13-pin electrical set is also required when using a bike carrier (for instance, in Germany and Austria).
