This 13 pin electric wiring kit from Erich Jaeger is made specifically for your MERCEDES-BENZ CLA Shooting Brake . The operation of this 13-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ CLA Shooting Brake and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ CLA Shooting Brake. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. The manufacturer Erich Jaeger specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hours for installation. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the steady plus (to operate electrical loads). Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
