We handle your returned orders on the phone and get in touch with the courier to arrange for the goods to be picked up from your home. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we decide on the amount to be refunded.
First and foremost, we provide you with advice on technical problems and help you with any issues related to fitting. With our practical experience in a wide range of workshops, we can give you the best possible advice when it comes to towbars and fitting them. When the towbar is being fitted in one of our Rameder fitting centres, we take care of the coding of the vehicle remotely.

We are responsible for the maintenance of all the articles in our online shop. Furthermore, we always keep a close eye on the stock levels of our products and constantly analyse the market for potential new manufacturers and products so that we can keep expanding our range.
We are responsible for all activities related to salaries, costs and finances. Further tasks include drawing up payrolls and preparing the monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code.
First and foremost, we provide support with technical problems and issues across the entire company. In addition to this, we are responsible for the administration of our various systems, the maintenance of the SAP merchandise management system and management of our internal hardware and software.
