This towbar includes a TÜV certificate with a unique certification number that is noted on the type plate. We will request this certificate for you after you order this towbar. It's required to have your RENAULT ESPACE I towbar inspected by an expert for registration. After the inspection the towbar must be recorded in the vehicle documents.
There is no need to cut the bumper to fit this towbar.
