The Rameder Group's vision is to provide a customer-focused, transparent, country-specific product portfolio of towbars, electrical sets, roof boxes, bike carriers and roof racks to our customers in Europe and to advise our customers with the highest level of service. In doing so, our goal is to increase customer satisfaction and continuously improve our quality. Furthermore, our ambition is to build up a comprehensive installation network in Europe in order to provide our customers with a high-quality installation service.
Within the Rameder Group, we value ethical practice and conduct our business with integrity. We always place our obligation to comply with legal requirements and regulations above our corporate goals and wishes. In order to define a guideline for the conduct of each individual employee, we have developed legal, ethical standards and requirements with our corporate guidelines, which are implemented by our employees.
In order to keep our process quality, work quality, product quality and service quality dynamically at a high level, we were successfully certified "DIN EN ISO 9001:2008" by LGA Bayern for the first time in 2001. The old ISO 9001:2008 standard has been replaced by the new ISO 9001:2015. This places even higher demands on a company's quality management. We have adapted our quality management to the new standard and are regularly audited and certified according to the new requirements.
True to our guiding principle "We make ourselves strong for you", maintaining and increasing the satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. We achieve this by, among other things, implementing professional solution strategies, complying with standards for products and services, creating transparency in internal processes by documenting workflows, and equipping and designing workplaces dynamically. Our employees are prepared in line with the technological progress of the market and the offered product portfolio by regular training courses.
Ecology / Sustainability
Especially in this day and age, it is important to think about tomorrow. In doing so, we endeavour to make efficient use of natural resources in our processes. By using environmentally-friendly, recyclable packaging, we make our best possible contribution to creating good ecological conditions for future generations of society. For us as a wholesaler, it is particularly important to minimise the impact of logistics on the climate and to keep transport distances short. The switch to climate-friendly energy and the production of electricity on our photovoltaic system at our main site in Germany helps to increase energy efficiency at our company and reduce CO2 emissions.
Respect, appreciation and equality
We respect the dignity of every employee, business partner and customer. Tolerance, truth and fairness are our fundamental pillars and our basis for success, harmony and enjoyment at work. Open communication is encouraged and practiced within the company. Rameder ensures equal rights regardless of nationality, religion, gender, sexuality or skin colour and explicitly opposes discrimination.
Rameder strives to be an attractive employer, as our employees are our most valuable asset. In order to increase employee satisfaction, anonymous employee satisfaction surveys are conducted at regular intervals and resulting measures are implemented to improve the working environment.
We offer our employees other forms of financial support in addition to their income. We achieve a good work-life balance for our employees through flexible working time models. We promote a healthy lifestyle and offer our employees support for preventive health care beyond the company framework.
With personnel development measures in the form of training, coaching/mentoring, job enrichment (the extension of tasks in terms of quality) as well as support in the implementation of further training, the Rameder Group offers its employees the opportunity to gain new prospects.
In the Rameder Group, we also promote corporate responsibility and sustainability in our supply chains. To achieve this goal, we work closely with our suppliers and business partners. We see it as our obligation to work only with suppliers in the value chain who comply with our requirements in terms of human rights, workers' rights, children's rights, corruption, quality specifications and sustainable logistics. We expect honesty and fairness from our suppliers. Of course, we are committed to behaving in exactly the same way towards our customers.
