Product details
Price-conscious drivers of your vehicle prefer the rigid towbar with the bolted ball head. It is manufactured by AUTO-HAK and stands for long durability and an attractive price.
This towbar has a towing capacity of up to 1800 kg and a vertical load of 75 kg. AUTO-HAK indicates a fatigue strength of 9.8 kN.
A small cut in the visible area of the bumper is needed to fit this towbar. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions. The removable socket can be folded behind the bumper when the towbar is not in use.
This towbar is designed to carry bicycle carriers. You can find offers for this in the "Bicycle carrier" category.
The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from AUTO-HAK. This towbar is powder coated. During the coating process, a plastic powder coating is applied to the metal surface. The result is high durability coating with excellent protection against corrosion.
Your car's parking assistance sensors might detect the tow ball. In reverse it could be recognized as an obstacle. Read and follow the instructions of the vehicle manufacturer when installing the hitch. Normally all information can be found in the vehicle's user manual.
