The simple lever mechanism of the GDW towbar, which is attached to your vehicle from the rear and is detachable, has already proven itself many times over. The GDW T35 hand and lever system is one of the most affordable in its category. The tow ball is secured onto the towing bracket with 4 screws.
Use accessory 218918 to protect the towbar against theft. Maximum vertical load: 75 kg. GDW submitted a fatigue value of 8 kN.
This towbar includes a TÜV certificate with a unique certification number that is noted on the type plate. We will request this certificate for you after you order this towbar. It is necessary to present the retrofitted towbar to an expert for individual approval. Once the inspection has been completed, the towbar must be entered in the vehicle documents.
A small cut in the visible area of the bumper is needed to fit this towbar.
