With the T43 system, GDW offers an inexpensive and simple rigid bolt-on towbar for your vehicle. As with all towbars, the main focus here is on a long service life under constant use.

This towbar requires a TÜV inspection. This will be requested automatically after your order. Your towbar will be issued a unique certification number, which will be noted on the type plate. The towbar that has been retrofitted to your vehicle must be brought to an expert for individual approval. After the inspection, the towbar will be entered in the vehicle documents.
A cut in the visible area of the bumper is required to fit this towbar.

The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from GDW. The product has a dip-coat. During dip coating, the towbar is dipped in a special and highly durable paint that protects against corrosion.
It is possible that the parking aid sensors of the car detects the tow ball. In reverse the towbar could be recognized as an obstacle. Carefully read the instructions and specific indications of the vehicle manufacturer when fitting the towbar. Such information can be found in the vehicle's user manual.
