This rigid towbar with the bolted ball head for your vehicle is produced by the brand manufacturer Westfalia. Towing capacity up to 2120 kg and a vertical load of 90 kg characterize this towbar. Westfalia indicates a fatigue strength of 11.6 kN.

This towbar requires a cut in the lower part of the bumper. This cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions. The removable socket can be folded behind the bumper when the towbar is not in use.

The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from Westfalia. This towbar features a cathodic electro-dip coating. This is a modern and efficient painting process that uses environmentally friendly, water-soluble epoxy resis with electrical current and temperatures of approx. 200°C. The result is effective corrosion protection combined with a high-quality smooth surface.

It is possible that the parking aid sensors of the car detects the tow ball. In reverse the towbar could be recognized as an obstacle.
