The detachable bottom-mounted towbar from premium manufacturer Westfalia has been specially developed and produced for your vehicle. Westfalia A40V automatic system, a bottom-mounted towbar system. The A40V is Westfalia's bestseller. The system is attached to your vehicle almost invisibly. Another advantage of this bottom-mounted towbar is the patented locking system and you get 1A Westfalia quality.

This anti-theft towbar comes with an integrated lock. The raw facts: a towing capacity up to 1300 kg and a vertical load of 60 kg. Westfalia indicates a fatigue strength of 8.3 kN.

A cut in the bumper is required to fit this towbar. The cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are part of the instructions.

For this towbar we offer additional installation instructions at the Rameder website, where our customers share their installation experiences. These will help to swiftly install it. The official installation guide will of course be enclosed in your delivery too. This towbar features a cathodic electro-dip coating. This is a modern and efficient painting process that uses environmentally friendly, water-soluble epoxy resis with electrical current and temperatures of approx. 200°C. The result is effective corrosion protection combined with a high-quality smooth surface.
