The award-winning manufacturer Westfalia designs and manufactures this towbar specifically for your vehicle. The positive features of this A40V bottom-mounted towbar are the 1A Westfalia quality, the patented locking system and the seemingly invisible attachment of the system to your vehicle. In addition, the Westfalia A40V automatic system is one of Westfalia's most popular bottom-mounted towbar systems.

Keeps thieves away! This towbar comes with an integrated lock. This towbar has a towing capacity of up to 2200 kg and a vertical load of 90 kg. Westfalia indicates a fatigue strength of 11.3 kN.

A small cut in the visible area of the bumper is needed to fit this towbar. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions. In the "matching accessories" category, Rameder offers a cover that conceals the cut-out and is also available from your vehicle manufacturer.

The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from Westfalia. This towbar features a cathodic electro-dip coating. This is a modern and efficient painting process that uses environmentally friendly, water-soluble epoxy resis with electrical current and temperatures of approx. 200°C. The result is effective corrosion protection combined with a high-quality smooth surface.
