The detachable bottom-mounted towbar from premium manufacturer Westfalia has been specially developed and produced for your vehicle. Westfalia A40V automatic system, a bottom-mounted towbar system. The A40V is Westfalia's bestseller. The system is attached to your vehicle almost invisibly. Another advantage of this bottom-mounted towbar is the patented locking system and you get 1A Westfalia quality.

This towbar can be secured against theft by an integrated lock. The raw facts: a towing capacity up to 1650 kg and a vertical load of 100 kg. A fatigue strength of 9.3 kN is listed for Westfalia.

A cut in the visible area of the bumper is required to fit this towbar. A cutting template or cutting dimensions can be found in the installation instructions. The cut-out can be concealed with a cover available from Rameder under "suitable accessories".

You will receive detailed installation instructions for this product from the manufacturer Westfalia. This towbar features a cathodic electro-dip coating. This is a modern and efficient painting process that uses environmentally friendly, water-soluble epoxy resis with electrical current and temperatures of approx. 200°C. The result is effective corrosion protection combined with a high-quality smooth surface.
