Product details

The 7 pole wiring kit especially for your vehicle is produced by the manufacturer TowTec. The 7 pin Top Tronic wiring kit will increase the frequency of the turn light indicator when a trailer light is not working.

The factory-fitted parking aid on the vehicle is automatically deactivated by this 7 pole Top Tronic wiring kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connections, adapted cable lengths and colors as well as detailed installation instructions are the hallmarks of this wiring kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. A cable gland suitable for the vehicle-specific 7 pole wiring harness is already available on your vehicle. Therefore, you do not have to drill through the rear panel of your vehicle during installation. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

The optional ZB0478 expansion set is recommended for cars with checkcontrol. It will enable checkcontrol to operate when towing.
