The detachable bottom-mounted towbar from premium manufacturer Westfalia has been specially developed and produced for your vehicle. The Westfalia A40V automatic system is a bottom-mounted towbar system and the top product from Westfalia. The barely visible attachment to your vehicle is just as big a plus as the patented locking system of this bottom-mounted towbar in 1A Westfalia quality.

Keeps thieves away! This towbar comes with an integrated lock. Towing capacity up to 1200 kg and a vertical load of 50 kg characterize this towbar. Westfalia indicates a fatigue strength of 7 kN.

A cut in the visible area of the bumper is required to fit this towbar. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions. To hide the cut-out part, your vehicle manufacturer and Rameder provide a cover under "suitable accessories".

The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from Westfalia. This towbar features a cathodic electro-dip coating. This is a modern and efficient painting process that uses environmentally friendly, water-soluble epoxy resis with electrical current and temperatures of approx. 200°C. The result is effective corrosion protection combined with a high-quality smooth surface.

Carefully read the instructions and specific indications of the vehicle manufacturer when fitting the towbar. Such information can be found in the vehicle's user manual.
