The rigid towbar with the bolted ball head from the manufacturer GDW is characterized by its robustness and low price. With the T44 system, GDW offers a rigid bolt-on towbar for your vehicle that is characterized by its load capacity and affordable price. Compared to other couplings of this type, it is designed for long-term durability with constant use.

This towbar has a towing capacity of up to 2500 kg and a vertical load of 175 kg. GDW indicates a fatigue strength of 12.5 kN.

A cut in the bumper is required to fit this towbar. The cut will not be visible. A cutting template or cutting dimensions can be found in the installation instructions.

You will receive detailed installation instructions for this product from the manufacturer GDW. The product has a dip-coat. During dip coating, the towbar is dipped in a special and highly durable paint that protects against corrosion.

In reverse, the parking assistance sensors might detect the tow ball of this rigid towbar. It could be recognized as an obstacle. Read and follow the instructions of the vehicle manufacturer when installing the hitch. Normally all information can be found in the vehicle's user manual.
