The 13 pole TowTec wiring kit is supplied specifically for your vehicle.

Extra tip from us: If you wish, you can switch off the parking aid from the dashboard of your vehicle using a button when towing a trailer. The user-friendly installation instructions, the high-quality, vehicle-specific plug connection and the cable lengths and colors matched to the vehicle are the most outstanding features of this wiring kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. A cable gland suitable for the vehicle-specific 13 pole wiring harness is already available on your vehicle. Therefore, you do not have to drill through the rear panel of your vehicle during installation.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to a steady plus function. And pin 10 can be used for trailer 12 volt battery charging to connect additional electric consumers (e.g interior lighting, refrigerator, radio) while simultaneously charging a 12 V battery in the trailer.
