The award-winning manufacturer Westfalia designs and manufactures this towbar specifically for your vehicle. The Westfalia A40V automatic system is a bottom-mounted towbar system and the top product from Westfalia. The barely visible attachment to your vehicle is just as big a plus as the patented locking system of this bottom-mounted towbar in 1A Westfalia quality.

Keeps thieves away! This towbar comes with an integrated lock. Towing capacity up to 2000 kg and a vertical load of 80 kg characterize this towbar. A fatigue strength of 10.03 kN is listed for Westfalia.

A cut in the bumper is required to fit this towbar. The cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions.

This towbar is designed to carry bicycle carriers. You can find offers for this in the "Bicycle carrier" category.

The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from Westfalia. This towbar is powder coated. During the coating process, a plastic powder coating is applied to the metal surface. The result is high durability coating with excellent protection against corrosion.
