Price-conscious drivers of your vehicle prefer the rigid towbar with the bolted ball head. It is manufactured by GDW and stands for long durability and an attractive price. With the System T48 towbar, GDW offers a classic hook for your vehicle that is as inexpensive as it is stable. Typical for rigid bolt-on towbars is the focus on good durability, even with excessive use.

The raw facts: a towing capacity up to 970 kg and a vertical load of 60 kg. A fatigue strength of 6.25 kN is listed for GDW.

A cut in the lower part of the bumper is required during installation. This cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions. You can fold the removable socket behind the bumper when the towbar is not in use.

The detailed installation instructions from the manufacturer GDW are included with this product. The product has a dip-coat. During dip coating, the towbar is dipped in a special and highly durable paint that protects against corrosion.

Read and follow the instructions of the vehicle manufacturer when installing the hitch. Normally all information can be found in the vehicle's user manual. In reverse, the parking assistance sensors might detect the tow ball of this rigid towbar. It could be recognized as an obstacle.
