The detachable bottom-mounted towbar from premium manufacturer Westfalia has been specially developed and produced for your vehicle. The positive features of this A40V bottom-mounted towbar are the 1A Westfalia quality, the patented locking system and the seemingly invisible attachment of the system to your vehicle. In addition, the Westfalia A40V automatic system is one of Westfalia's most popular bottom-mounted towbar systems.

This anti-theft towbar comes with an integrated lock. This towbar has a towing capacity of up to 1800 kg and a vertical load of 72 kg. A fatigue strength of 9.9 kN is listed for Westfalia.

This towbar requires a cut in the lower part of the bumper. This cut will not be visible. A cutting template or cutting dimensions can be found in the installation instructions.

The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from Westfalia. A cathodic electro-dip coating is present. This is a modern and efficient painting process that uses environmentally friendly, water-soluble epoxy resis with electrical current and temperatures of approx. 200°C. Effective corrosion protection and a smooth surface are the result.
