Product details

The rigid towbar with the bolted ball head from the manufacturer GDW is characterized by its robustness and low price. It fits your vehicle and is an inexpensive choice that is characterized by its durability. The classic hook - stable and affordable - this is the rigid bolt-on GDW towbar, system T48 for your vehicle. As with all rigid towbars, the focus here is on extreme durability with frequent use.

Towing capacity up to 2100 kg and a vertical load of 110 kg characterize this towbar. GDW submitted a fatigue value of 11.5 kN.

A cut in the lower part of the bumper is required during installation. This cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions. Fold the removable socket behind the bumper when you don't use the towbar.

You will receive detailed installation instructions for this product from the manufacturer GDW. The product is dip-coated to increase weather resistance. During dip coating, the towbar is dipped in a special and highly durable paint that protects against corrosion.

Please read the instructions and specifications of the vehicle manufacturer when retrofitting a towbar. Normally such information can be found in your vehicle user manual. It is possible that the parking aid sensors of the car detects the tow ball. In reverse the towbar could be recognized as an obstacle.
