The Westfalia A40V automatic system is a bottom-mounted towbar system and the top product from Westfalia. The barely visible attachment to your vehicle is just as big a plus as the patented locking system of this bottom-mounted towbar in 1A Westfalia quality.

Keeps thieves away! This towbar comes with an integrated lock. The raw facts: a towing capacity up to 1800 kg and a vertical load of 100 kg. A fatigue strength of 10.1 kN is listed for Westfalia.

A cut in the visible area of the bumper is required to fit this towbar. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions.
