Product details

Price-conscious drivers of your vehicle prefer the rigid towbar with the bolted ball head. It is manufactured by GDW and stands for long durability and an attractive price. The rigid bolt-on towbar System T45 from GDW is affordable and ideally suited for owners of your vehicle. Like all towbars of this type, it is designed for a long service life with constant use.

Towing capacity up to 2000 kg and a vertical load of 100 kg characterize this towbar. GDW indicates a fatigue strength of 10.3 kN.

A cut in the lower part of the bumper is required during installation. This cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions. Fold the removable socket behind the bumper when you don't use the towbar.

This towbar is designed to carry bicycle carriers. You can find offers for this in the "Bicycle carrier" category.

The detailed installation instructions from the manufacturer GDW are included with this product. The product is dip-coated to increase weather resistance. During dip coating, the towbar is dipped in a special and highly durable paint that protects against corrosion.

In reverse, the parking assistance sensors might detect the tow ball of this rigid towbar. It could be recognized as an obstacle. Carefully read the instructions and specific indications of the vehicle manufacturer when fitting the towbar. Such information can be found in the vehicle's user manual.
