Product details

The 7 pole wiring kit especially for your vehicle is produced by the manufacturer ECS. The handling of this 7 pole wiring kit is extremely simple: It is recognized by the data bus system in your vehicle and is ready for use after coding the vehicle for trailer operation. From now on, the wiring kit will inform you via the vehicle's own system if the lighting on the trailer is faulty.

This 7 pole data bus electrical kit automatically regulates the deactivation of the factory-fitted parking aid on your vehicle. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. Your vehicle already has a cable feed-through, which is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pole wiring kit. This eliminates the need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
