Product details

The simple lever mechanism of the Kovil towbar, which is attached to your vehicle from the rear and is detachable, has already proven itself many times over.

The raw facts: a towing capacity up to 2000 kg and a vertical load of 80 kg. A fatigue strength of 9.1 kN is listed for Kovil.

A cut in the visible area of the bumper is required to fit this towbar.

Tip: We recommend the use of a rigid or swivelling towbar or detachable automatic system if bike carriers will be used or high loads be pulled frequently.

The detailed installation instructions from the manufacturer Kovil are included with this product. A coating with special paint protects the towbar against corrosion and environmental degradation.
