From the manufacturer ECS comes this specific 7 pole wiring kit for your vehicle. This 7 pole wiring kit is integrated into the existing data bus system of your vehicle . Defective trailer lighting is indicated by the vehicle's own systems. Once the wiring kit has been installed, the vehicle must be coded for trailer operation.

The 7 pole data bus electrical kit ensures that the factory-fitted parking aid on your vehicle is automatically switched off. To install this vehicle-specific 7 pole wiring kit, you do not need to machine the rear panel of your vehicle. There is already a suitable cable gland in the rear of your vehicle that can be used for this purpose. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
