Product details

Price-conscious drivers of your vehicle prefer the rigid towbar with the bolted ball head. It is manufactured by GDW and stands for long durability and an attractive price. With the T45 system, GDW offers a rigid bolt-on towbar for your vehicle that is affordable and tried and tested. Like all couplings of this type, this system is also designed for a long service life with high utilization.

This towbar has a towing capacity of up to 2150 kg and a vertical load of 110 kg. A fatigue strength of 10.8 kN is listed for GDW.

This towbar requires a cut in the lower part of the bumper. This cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions. You can fold the removable socket behind the bumper when the towbar is not in use.

The detailed installation instructions from the manufacturer GDW are included with this product. The product has a dip-coat. During dip coating, the towbar is dipped in a special and highly durable paint that protects against corrosion.

In reverse, the parking assistance sensors might detect the tow ball of this rigid towbar. It could be recognized as an obstacle. Please read the instructions and specifications of the vehicle manufacturer when retrofitting a towbar. Normally such information can be found in your vehicle user manual.
