This rigid towbar with the bolted ball head for your vehicle is produced by the brand manufacturer GDW. Thanks to its durability and affordable price, this rigid towbar is the right choice for price-conscious or frequent users. With the System T48 towbar, GDW offers a classic hook for your vehicle that is as inexpensive as it is stable. Typical for rigid bolt-on towbars is the focus on good durability, even with excessive use.

This towbar has a towing capacity of up to 2000 kg and a vertical load of 90 kg. A fatigue strength of 10.85 kN is listed for GDW.

A cut in the lower part of the bumper is required during installation. This cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions. Fold the removable socket behind the bumper when you don't use the towbar.

This towbar is designed to carry bicycle carriers. You can find offers for this in the "Bicycle carrier" category.

The detailed installation instructions from the manufacturer GDW are included with this product. The product has a dip-coat. During dip coating, the towbar is dipped in a special and highly durable paint that protects against corrosion.

Your car's parking assistance sensors might detect the tow ball. In reverse it could be recognized as an obstacle. Read and follow the instructions of the vehicle manufacturer when installing the hitch. Normally all information can be found in the vehicle's user manual.
