The award-winning manufacturer Westfalia designs and manufactures this towbar specifically for your vehicle. The Westfalia A40V automatic system is a bottom-mounted towbar system and the top product from Westfalia. The barely visible attachment to your vehicle is just as big a plus as the patented locking system of this bottom-mounted towbar in 1A Westfalia quality.
This towbar can be secured against theft by an integrated lock. This towbar has a towing capacity of up to 2000 kg and a vertical load of 130 kg. Westfalia indicates a fatigue strength of 11.1 kN.
A cut in the bumper is required to fit this towbar. The cut will not be visible. The cut-out can be concealed with a cover available from Rameder under "suitable accessories".

You will receive detailed installation instructions for this product from the manufacturer Westfalia. A cathodic electro-dip coating is present. This is a modern and efficient painting process that uses environmentally friendly, water-soluble epoxy resis with electrical current and temperatures of approx. 200°C. Effective corrosion protection and a high-quality smooth surface is the result.
