With the T45 system, GDW offers a rigid bolt-on towbar for your vehicle that is affordable and tried and tested. The raw facts: a towing capacity up to 2100 kg and a vertical load of 120 kg. GDW submitted a fatigue value of 11 kN.
A cut in the lower part of the bumper is required during installation. This cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions. The removable socket can be folded behind the bumper when the towbar is not in use.

The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from GDW. The product was dip-coated. During dip coating, towbars are dipped in a special, durable paint that protects against corrosion.
Your car's parking assistance sensors might detect the tow ball. In reverse it could be recognized as an obstacle. Please read the instructions and specifications of the vehicle manufacturer when retrofitting a towbar. Normally such information can be found in your vehicle user manual.
