The raw facts: a towing capacity up to 3500 kg and a vertical load of 160 kg. AUTO-HAK submitted a fatigue value of 16.7 kN.

A cut in the lower part of the bumper is required during installation. This cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are part of the instructions. Fold the removable socket behind the bumper when you don't use the towbar.

You will receive detailed installation instructions for this product from the manufacturer AUTO-HAK. This towbar features a cathodic electro-dip coating. This is a modern and efficient painting process that uses environmentally friendly, water-soluble epoxy resis with electrical current and temperatures of approx. 200°C. The result is effective corrosion protection combined with a high-quality smooth surface.

Read and follow the instructions of the vehicle manufacturer when installing the hitch. Normally all information can be found in the vehicle's user manual. Your car's parking assistance sensors might detect the tow ball. In reverse it could be recognized as an obstacle.
