The raw facts: a towing capacity up to 1612 kg and a vertical load of 85 kg. AUTO-HAK submitted a fatigue value of 9.4 kN.

A cut in the bumper is required to fit this towbar. The cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions. You can fold the removable socket behind the bumper when the towbar is not in use.

The detailed installation instructions from the manufacturer AUTO-HAK are included with this product. This towbar is powder coated. During the coating process, a plastic powder coating is applied to the metal surface. The result is high durability coating with excellent protection against corrosion.

It is possible that the parking aid sensors of the car detects the tow ball. In reverse the towbar could be recognized as an obstacle. Read and follow the instructions of the vehicle manufacturer when installing the hitch. Normally all information can be found in the vehicle's user manual.
