This wiring kit with 13 poles is connected to the vehicle's existing data bus system. If the trailer lighting is faulty, the car's system will indicate this. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this wiring kit.

The factory-fitted parking aid on the vehicle is automatically deactivated by this 13 pole data bus wiring kit. This wiring kit scores points with a first-class, vehicle-specific plug connection, with adapted cable lengths and colors and detailed installation instructions.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to a steady plus function. And pin 10 can be used for trailer 12 volt battery charging to connect additional electric consumers (e.g interior lighting, refrigerator, radio) while simultaneously charging a 12 V battery in the trailer.
