Product details

The rigid towbar with the bolted ball head from the manufacturer GDW is characterized by its robustness and low price. It fits your vehicle and is an inexpensive choice that is characterized by its durability. With the T45 system, GDW offers a rigid bolt-on towbar for your vehicle that is affordable and tried and tested. Like all couplings of this type, this system is also designed for a long service life with high utilization.

The raw facts: a towing capacity up to 1700 kg and a vertical load of 100 kg. GDW submitted a fatigue value of 9.5 kN.

A cut in the lower part of the bumper is required during installation. This cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are part of the instructions. Fold the removable socket behind the bumper when you don't use the towbar.

The detailed installation instructions from the manufacturer GDW are included with this product. The product was dip-coated. During dip coating, towbars are dipped in a special, durable paint that protects against corrosion.

In reverse, the parking assistance sensors might detect the tow ball of this rigid towbar. It could be recognized as an obstacle. Please read the instructions and specifications of the vehicle manufacturer when retrofitting a towbar. Normally such information can be found in your vehicle user manual.
