From the manufacturer ECS comes this specific 7 pole wiring kit for your vehicle. This 7 pin Top Tronic wiring kit will increase the blink frequency of the turn light control function when a trailer light is faulty.
We have a tip for you! To deactivate your vehicle's parking aid when towing a trailer, use the button on the dashboard. This wiring kit scores points with a first-class, vehicle-specific plug connection, with adapted cable lengths and colors and detailed installation instructions. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. A cable gland suitable for the vehicle-specific 7 pole wiring harness is already available on your vehicle. Therefore, you do not have to drill through the rear panel of your vehicle during installation.
