Product details

Your vehicle can be equipped with this detachable rear-mounted towbar from GDW. This tried and tested model is produced with a simple lever mechanism. The GDW T38 is an inexpensive hand and lever system for your vehicle. The ball mount is attached to the base carrier of the GDW T38 with two screws.

Don't give thieves a chance! Use accessory 218918 to protect the towbar against theft. Towing capacity up to 2500 kg and a vertical load of 100 kg characterize this towbar. GDW indicates a fatigue strength of 12.75 kN.

A cut in the lower part of the bumper is required during installation. This cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are part of the instructions.

This towbar is designed to carry bicycle carriers. You can find offers for this in the "Bicycle carrier" category.

The ordered article includes detailed assembly instructions from GDW. The product is dip-coated to increase weather resistance. During dip coating, the towbar is dipped in a special and highly durable paint that protects against corrosion.

Read and follow the instructions of the vehicle manufacturer when installing the hitch. Normally all information can be found in the vehicle's user manual.
