This 7 pin wire kit for your FORD MONDEO IV is produced by Trail-Tec for your car. This 7-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your FORD MONDEO IV . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your FORD MONDEO IV is supported by this 7 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed MONDEO IV MONDEO IV installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your FORD MONDEO IV. It is used by this vehicle-specific 7 pin wiring kit. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
