This 7-pin electrical kit for the JEEP WRANGLER I is produced by the manufacturer TowTec. This EU-version of this wiring kit will not signal trailer turn light defects. A module for the indicator monitoring is not included in the delivery of the electrical set.
If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your JEEP WRANGLER I with a push on a dashboard button. The manufacturer TowTec specifies an installation time of 1.5 hour(s) for this 7 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1 hours for installation.
In some countries it is not allowed to use a bicycle carrier with this towbar because there is no option to automatically turn off the fog lights.
