The 13-pin TowTec electrical kit is suitable for the HONDA PILOT. This 13 pin summer wiring kit activates a warning sound when a defective trailer turn light is detected.
You could even turn off the parking assistance of your HONDA PILOT with a push on a dashboard button. Vehicle-specific plugs are not included in this electrical kit. It is delivered with detailed assembly instructions. The manufacturer TowTec specifies an installation time of 1.5 hour(s) for this 13 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1 hours for installation.
The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the permanent positive current function. It is possible to extend pin 10 with accessory 128475 to charge the trailer battery.
