It is not necessary to subject your FORD TRANSIT CONNECT to an expert inspection or to make an entry in your vehicle documentation. The instructions of the vehicle manufacturer in your vehicle user manual must be complied with. The 2-hole flange ball could be detected as an obstacle by car parking assist systems.
