It is not necessary to subject your FORD F-250 to an expert inspection or to make an entry in your vehicle documentation. Please note the instructions of the vehicle manufacturer in your vehicle user manual. The 2-hole flange ball could be recognized as an obstacle by car parking assistance sensors.
