This towbar can be secured against theft by an integrated lock. A vertical load of 70 kg is supported. A fatigue strength of 7.2 kN is listed for BOSSTOW.
You need to have your BMW Z4 Roadster towbar inspected, which requires that it is installed and shown to an expert. After the inspection the towbar must be recorded in the vehicle document.
A cut in the bumper is required to fit this towbar. The cut will not be visible. Bumper cut dimensions and template are included with the installation instructions.
