This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ConWys is made specifically for your VW CADDY V Box Body/MPV . This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your VW CADDY V Box Body/MPV . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. Attention! The vehicle does not require coding with this electrical kit.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your VW CADDY V Box Body/MPV is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed VW CADDY V Box Body/MPV installation manual. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your VW CADDY V Box Body/MPV . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 for steady plus. Pin 10 can be used for 12 volt battery charging to connect additional electric consumers (e.g interior lighting, refrigerator, radio) while simultaneously charging a 12 V battery in the trailer.
