This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ConWys is made specifically for your KIA SPORTAGE V . This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your KIA SPORTAGE V . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. Attention! The vehicle does not require coding with this electrical kit.

You could even turn off the parking assistance of your KIA SPORTAGE V with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed KIA SPORTAGE V installation manual. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your KIA SPORTAGE V. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to a steady plus function. And pin 10 can be used for trailer 12 volt battery charging to connect additional electric consumers (e.g interior lighting, refrigerator, radio) while simultaneously charging a 12 V battery in the trailer.
