This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ConWys is made specifically for your KIA SPORTAGE V . This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the KIA SPORTAGE V. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your KIA SPORTAGE V . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to a steady plus function. And pin 10 can be used for trailer 12 volt battery charging to connect additional electric consumers (e.g interior lighting, refrigerator, radio) while simultaneously charging a 12 V battery in the trailer.
