This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ConWys is made specifically for your KIA EV9 . This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the KIA EV9. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your KIA EV9 is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your KIA EV9. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to a steady plus function. And pin 10 can be used for trailer 12 volt battery charging to connect additional electric consumers (e.g interior lighting, refrigerator, radio) while simultaneously charging a 12 V battery in the trailer.
