This 13 pin ECS wiring kit is made specifically for your FIAT DUCATO Platform/Chassis. This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the FIAT DUCATO Platform/Chassis. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your FIAT DUCATO Platform/Chassis is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed FIAT DUCATO Platform/Chassis installation manual. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set you can combine charging and steady plus. It is possible to extend pin 10 of the trailer socket to steady plus to charge a separate battery in the trailer. The extension set for the charging function is available under order number . You can also ask us about the right extension set to power electric items in the trailer (steady plus).
