This 13 pin ECS wiring kit is made specifically for your TOYOTA PROACE MAX Platform/Chassis. This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the TOYOTA PROACE MAX Platform/Chassis. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your TOYOTA PROACE MAX Platform/Chassis is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed TOYOTA PROACE MAX Platform/Chassis installation manual. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set . A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 184885 is available separately. It is possible to extend pin 10 of the trailer socket to steady plus to charge a separate battery in the trailer. The extension set for the charging function is available under order number . You can also ask us about the right extension set to power electric items in the trailer (steady plus).
