Are you looking for a specific electrical kit suitable for your VW CRAFTER Platform/Chassis? Then this 13-pin electrical kit from ECS is the right one. This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the VW CRAFTER Platform/Chassis. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

If available you can turn off parking assistance of your VW CRAFTER Platform/Chassis with a button on your dashboard. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed CRAFTER Platform/Chassis CRAFTER Platform/Chassis installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your VW CRAFTER Platform/Chassis . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit.

In some countries it is not allowed to use a bicycle carrier with this towbar because there is no option to automatically turn off the fog lights.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to a steady plus function. And pin 10 can be used for trailer 12 volt battery charging to connect additional electric consumers (e.g interior lighting, refrigerator, radio) while simultaneously charging a 12 V battery in the trailer.
