This 13 pin ECS wiring kit is made specifically for your MAN TGE Van. This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the MAN TGE Van. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.
If available you can turn off parking assistance of your MAN TGE Van with a button on your dashboard. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed MAN TGE Van installation manual. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your MAN TGE Van . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit.
In some countries it is not allowed to use a bicycle carrier with this towbar because there is no option to automatically switch off the fog lights.
The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 for steady plus. Pin 10 can be used for 12 volt battery charging to connect additional electric consumers (e.g interior lighting, refrigerator, radio) while simultaneously charging a 12 V battery in the trailer.
